Cedar Fair deal to sell California's Great America amusement park falls through - Cleveland Business News - Northeast Ohio and Cleveland - Crain's Cleveland Business
Sandusky-based Cedar Fair said its definitive purchase agreement with JMA Ventures LLC, announced in September, has been terminated.
"We respect JMA's decision and are pleased to return to the long-term ownership of this exceptional property," said Matt Ouimet , Cedar Fair's president, in a statement. Mr. Ouimet in January will become CEO of Cedar Fair.
