Nordson Corp. swings to a profit in fourth quarter - Cleveland Business News - Northeast Ohio and Cleveland - Crain's Cleveland Business

Nordson Corp. (Nasdaq: NDSN) said it returned to a profit in its fiscal fourth quarter as sales grew in all segments for the maker of automated dispensing equipment.

Nordson Corporation was started in 1954 in Amherst, Ohio, by brothers Eric and Evan Nord. However, the company’s roots trace back to the U.S. Automatic Company, which was started in 1909.
